Where the team fits in 

This role sits within the Financial Experiences team, where we are reimagining the future of exceptional home lending products and next generation marketplaces.The team is accountable for strategy development and execution, working with our partners to build our capability and product offerings, leading sales management and engaging across the other lines of business in REA.

 

What the role is all about 

As the GTM and Change Manager, you will have primary ownership of the change strategy and GTM plans for all Financial Services (FS) initiatives.

  • Leverage change management methodologies, processes, and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by the project or initiative

  • Clearly define what the change required is, why it is important and what success looks like. Articulate the current vs future state of the change.

  • Complete detailed Change Impact Analysis to understand the change impacts for all affected stakeholders for each initiative

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that minimise disruption and maximise stakeholder engagement and support

  • Co-ordinate the development and execution of the GTM plan, partnering with the relevant teams including communications, learning and development, broker support, distribution, operations and product

  • Manage GTM stakeholders to committed delivery timeframes and liaise back regularly with Product and Technology teams to maintain understanding of delivery progress and timelines and adjust plans where appropriate.

  • Work closely with Learning team to design and co-ordinate training programs to help facilitate seamless adoption of the changes. 

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and make recommendations for improvements and adjustments as necessary.

  • Act as the Change representative for FS by regularly engaging with both internal and senior leadership forums to keep them informed and aligned on change initiatives.

 

Who we’re looking for 

  • Demonstrated experience in change management and GTM, preferably within the financial services or broker industry.

  • A strong understanding of change management methodologies and are proficient with the use of various change management templates.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and engage and influence stakeholders at all levels

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • A strategic mindset, with the capability to see the big picture and delve into the operational aspects of the role

  • Demonstrate a proactive, solution-oriented approach to overcoming challenges and resistance to change.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and improve operational processes

  • Build relationships – it is the lifeblood of this business, with your team, across the group and with your product comrades in other areas of the company
